For small and medium sized steel castings, the casting process we use is sodium silicate sand molding. the working processes consist of electric arc furnace or induction furnace smelting, spectrometer control chemical composition, cut off the riser, stress relief heat treatment,sample mechanical performance test, surface 100% manual polishing/grinding,defects Repair, UT, MT, PT flaw ***ection, stress relief heat treatment, size measurement, machining and other processes. The finished casting will bedelivered to the customer along with the following quality inspection report.
1. Chemical report acc.to EN10204 certificate3.1
2. Heat treatment record- Curve Chart
3. Mechanical properties includes Tensile, Yield,Elongation, Chary Value(if required)
4. Micro structure photo
5. Non-destructive reports; UT ,MT
6. Dimension check
